Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight/size and destination.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; they may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods (e.g., holiday season).

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. If you need shipping outside the U.S., contact us to check availability.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, contact info@back-yard-buddy.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Lumora is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.

Multiple Shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship separately and arrive on different days at no extra cost to you.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
