Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States only.

Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 6 to 13 business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Order processing: 3–5 business days
• Shipping in transit: 3–8 business days

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Delays
In rare cases, packages may take longer than the estimated timeframe — particularly during holiday seasons (November–December), promotional periods, or due to carrier delays outside our control. If there are no tracking updates for more than 30 business days, we will reship your order at no additional cost.

Cancellations
Once an order is placed, cancellations can only be accepted within 30 minutes of purchase, before the order has been processed. A transaction fee of $20 applies. If the order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
